The Brewpub is a hub of activity, serving as a community center, a place that welcomes guests, and a central location that encourages interaction and idea generation. The ground floor is leased by Bellevue Brewing Company.
The Global Innovation Exchange (GIX) Building welcomes students, faculty and industry experts from around the world to build international, entrepreneurial, and creative collaborations to address specific grand challenges.
Originally designed for REI to incorporate open spaces responsive to and respectful of the Pacific Northwest environment, the building complex was subsequently purchased by Facebook, now Meta.
Block 24 is the second large office building to come on line in 2021 in The Spring District. It is already 100% leased to Meta and opened in 2021.
Opened in 2021, Block 16 is fully leased to Meta. It offers an exciting look at what the future of the neighborhood will look like.
