The final phase of construction in The Spring District is set to add space in virtually every category: office, residential, retail, and transit. A planned hotel will provide convenient lodging for visitors, while the LINK Light Rail station will offer easy access to the region. Along with that, an additional 1.3 million square feet of office space will help further solidify The Spring District as the Bellevue’s new home for innovative business.
