A community hub for grub, gear and gathering
The Retail Pavilion is a two-story structure housing a ground level deli and second floor restaurant with open air deck. The basement level includes parking for approximately 350-400 bicycles, bike facility, and card-key accessed locker rooms. The Retail Pavilion will be a hub of activity for the emerging Spring District neighborhood and a distinctive waypoint for transit riders and cyclists.
